Life Coaching for Women:  
 
Is a process where you meet in conversation with Rosalie by telephone and email, for an established appointment time, with the goal of  helping you to move from where you are to more purposeful living. 
 
As your Certified Life Purpose Coach®  Rosalie will listen, ask probing questions, and offer tools and challenges in order to help you gain new perspective, think of possibilities, identify passions, take new steps, and/or work on things that may be standing in  your way.
  
Over time, our roles and life-direction change--that's the way life is.  If we are fortunate, throughout life we can embrace change well.  With excitement we can explore and accomplish many our heart's desires, using our gifts and abilities to do so.   
 
It is always helpful to have a friend or life coach to walk alongside us through life's ups and down, to help us navigate change, to keep us motivated and moving forward.

This coaching is done strictly through email exchange. 
 
  1. After signing a contract and processing your payment, Rosalie will initiate an email to address what it is you want to discuss.
  2. You will respond with your first email (PRIMARY EMAIL), outlining your current life challenges.  
  3. Rosalie will reply with an email for clarification and further questions.
  4. You will respond again (SECONDARY EMAIL)--all within the same week. 
 
This is called a "session". 
 
After the initial session, you will let a week or so pass where you will send your next PRIMARY email to begin your second session.
 
There are no phone calls needed.

Life Purpose Coaching® is a process for the Christian Woman to go through over a 10 week period, using curriculum by Dr. Katie Brazelton, .
 
This material will help the Christian woman uncover more about herself, reveal character and common themes--guiding her to see areas for change or revelations about areas to move forward in her life. 
 
10 weekly 55 min. phone appointments with Rosalie.   
 
 
Two payments of $225 CA for this intensive session. $450
Plus the price of EZforms or Textbook.

Do I have to live locally for you to coach me?
 
No. Coaching can be done by long-distance phone, letter or email. If you don't have an affordable phone plan, I do and I can call you.
 
Do you coach The Secret or from a similar approach?
 
No I don't coach from The Secret or the Law of Attraction. 
 
What is your training?
 
I am a Certified Level 1 & 2 Life Purpose Coach® (Spring 2005)(Spring 2006) with Life Purpose Coaching Centers, International® (LPCCI). 
 
LPCCI is an approved ICF-Provider of "Continuing Coaching Education" Units and an approved IACET-Provider.  We follow "best practises" of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). 
 
 
Will you tell me what I need to do?
 
No, I may identify common themes and offer challenges, but you decide what to act on.
 
What will I achieve after being coached?
 
That varies depending on where you are in your journey, your expectations, your dedication to the process, and so forth. Some make changes, others begin to understand the changes they may want to make.
 
What is included?
 
My fee includes a free consultation, contract, emails, review of all paperwork, preparation for our calls, resource material as well as actual time spent on our calls.
 
How is Life Coaching different from Counselling?
 
Counselling focuses on past unresolved issues or current hurt, pain or dysfunction.  Coaching focuses on where you are, current issues, where you want to head, possibilities, steps and accountability. 
 
 
WHERE TO START?
 
1.  Email Rosalie - Ask as many questions as you'd like. 
 
2.  The second step is a free telephone interview to see if Life Coaching is the right path for your needs or if Rosalie is the right coach for you.
 
3.  The third step is signing and returning a contract,confidentiality agreement and payment.
 
4.  The next step is to agree upon an appointment time, which will be the same each week, and begin your coaching.
