This material is a series of self-assessments designed to help you uncover more about yourself, reveal your character, common themes-- and guide you toward moving forward on God-led steps.

What is the difference between coaching and Consulting?
Coaching: Is conversational in nature. Your coach will listen, ask probing questions, challenge your thinking, check-in with you for followup and help you identify areas to move forward on. Coaching often utilizes tools and resources that help you make discoveries that will propel you toward your best potential.
Consulting: Is also conversational but uses my expertise. Consulting may include teaching, advice or other services. I help make things happen with you or for you.
I offer both coaching and consulting, either separately or together, depending on the client's need.

2. Participate in a free telephone interview to see if Life Coaching is the right path for your needs or if Rosalie is the right coach for you.
3. Sign return a contract, confidentiality agreement and payment.
4. Agree upon an appointment time, which will be the same each week, and begin your coaching.

Do I have to live locally for you to coach me?
No. Coaching can be done by long-distance phone, letter or email.
Do you coach The Secret or from a similar approach?
No I don't coach from The Secret or the Law of Attraction. My background is Christian but I will bear in mind your belief system.
What is your training?
I am a Certified Level 1 & 2 Life Purpose Coach® (Spring 2005)(Spring 2006) with Life Purpose Coaching Centers, International® (LPCCI).
LPCCI is an approved ICF-Provider of "Continuing Coaching Education" Units and an approved IACET-Provider. We follow "best practises" of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Will you tell me what I need to do?
No, I may identify common themes and offer challenges, but you decide what to act on.
What will I achieve after being coached?
That varies depending on where you are in your journey, your expectations, your dedication to the process, and so forth. Some make changes, others begin to understand the changes they may want to make.
What is included?
My fee includes a free consultation, contract, emails, review of all paperwork, preparation for our calls, resource material as well as actual time spent on our calls.
How is Life Coaching different from Counselling or Therapy?
Counselling focuses on past unresolved issues or current hurt, pain or dysfunction. Coaching focuses on where you are, current issues, where you want to head, possibilities, steps and accountability.
